We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the portal, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, or otherwise when you contact us. This may include:

  • Names, email addresses, and contact details.
  • Professional or academic information (such as resumes, university details, and job descriptions).
  • Account credentials (managed securely via Firebase Authentication).

3. Use of Google Workspace APIs (Google Calendar)

Our application uses Google Workspace APIs (specifically the Google Calendar API) to schedule technical interviews and generate Google Meet links automatically.

  • What we access: We request calendar access to create calendar events and generate Google Meet conference links on behalf of companies scheduling interviews with our students.
  • How we use it: The data retrieved or generated via the Google Calendar API is used strictly to schedule the interview, invite the relevant participants (the student, the company representative, and our student branch administrative email), and send automated invitations.
  • Data Sharing & Storage: We do not store your calendar events, contacts, or any other personal Google data on our servers beyond the metadata required for the specific interview event scheduled via our platform. We do not share your Google data with any third parties.

4. How We Share Your Information

We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services (such as sharing a student's resume with a verified company they applied to), to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
